Refund Policy

1. 7-day money-back guarantee
New customers can request a full refund of their first subscription charge within 7 calendar days of purchase, as long as the account has consumed fewer than 60 minutes of runtime across all cloud phones.
Beyond the 60-minute threshold or the 7-day window, the first charge is considered non-refundable. Subsequent renewals are non-refundable once the new billing period has started.
2. Mid-cycle downgrades
Downgrading to a smaller plan takes effect at the next billing cycle — you keep the features of your current plan until it expires naturally. No cash refund is issued for the unused portion of the higher plan; the value is delivered in full until expiration.
3. Mid-cycle upgrades
Upgrading takes effect immediately. You pay only the prorated price difference for the days remaining in the current cycle. This prorated charge is non-refundable once the upgrade has been applied.
4. Wallet recharges
Funds credited to your wallet (for pay-per-minute usage, time add-ons, or upgrades) are non-refundable once spent. Unused wallet balance can be refunded within 30 days of the original recharge, minus any Stripe processing fees we absorbed.
5. Time add-on packs
Time add-on minutes are non-refundable once the pack is activated on your account, but never expire — they remain usable until consumed.
6. Service interruption credit
If the platform experiences downtime exceeding 4 consecutive hours during a billing period and you could not use your phones, you're entitled to a prorated service credit applied to your next invoice. Credits are issued automatically on our side; contact support if you don't see it.
7. Chargebacks
Disputing a charge through your bank without contacting support first results in immediate suspension of all cloud phones, permanent account closure, and forfeit of any unused wallet balance. We reserve the right to cover chargeback fees from the disputed amount.
8. How to request a refund
Reach out through the contact link on our home page with your account email and the transaction ID. Eligible refunds are processed via Stripe to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
9. Changes
We may update this Refund Policy. Existing active refund windows continue to follow the policy in force at the time of purchase.
