Terms of Use

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract in your jurisdiction. Use of the Service on behalf of a company binds that company to these terms.

You are responsible for the credentials you choose and for all activity under your account. Share access only through the Members feature — never share passwords.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the Service, fail to pay, or trigger excessive platform risk (chargebacks, fraud signals).

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Engage in illegal activity or violate a third-party's rights.
• Send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, phishing, or malware.
• Attack, scan, or attempt to compromise any system or user.
• Resell raw device access outside your organisation without written consent.
• Violate the platform terms of the apps you run on your cloud phones (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) in ways that expose us to legal liability.

You are solely responsible for the content you post through cloud phones and for complying with the terms of those destination platforms.

Plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Usage beyond your bonus minutes is billed at the per-minute rate posted in the Billing page, with a per-phone daily cap. You can upgrade or downgrade any time; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.

Failed payments automatically pause your cloud phones and block new actions until payment succeeds. See our Refund Policy for refund rules.

We target 99.9% monthly uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in advance when possible. We are not liable for losses caused by temporary unavailability, third-party platform restrictions, or force majeure events.

The Service, its code, UI, trademarks and documentation remain our property. Content you create on cloud phones (posts, media, data) remains yours — you grant us a limited license to host and process it only to operate the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is capped at the amount you paid us during the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (lost profits, lost accounts, reputation harm).

You can cancel your subscription any time from the Billing page. Upon termination we stop the cloud phones, suspend automations, and delete your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms of Use. Material changes are announced with at least 14 days' notice via email or in-dashboard banner. Continued use after the effective date counts as acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of our company's registered jurisdiction. Disputes are handled in those courts unless a mandatory consumer protection law says otherwise.
